Insomnia
it's 2.51 am
my eyes are heavy
but i just cant close them
and be where i want to be
no matter
being where i want to be
cant take me to where i really want to be anyway
so here i go again
kneeling down and communicating
to the only one who'll hear me out
asking Him to watch over the people that mean the world to me
and the faces come
then the memories
then the familiar drifting away
and i find myself going back in time
re-living the moments
the laughs
the fun
the love
the betrayal
the deception
the pain
and im back here
hating every thought
and not able to shut my eyes
for a little slumber
